Getting your users up and running quickly is an essential part of your transplant software rollout. TeleResults provides two comprehensive hands-on training courses that provide your users with the education they need to rapidly realize the full potential of your new application.

Each course is four days long, and is conducted by our professional and experienced trainers. Additionally, session can be held on-site at your own facility, for your convenience

Super Users

This class is recommended for physicians, coordinators, database administrators and other designated trainers, who will be involved in the initial configuration and setup, will manage the database validation, train the clinicians as well as the database administrator how will perform ongoing maintenance and transplant application support.

Clinicians

This session is designed for those users who will have no involvement in the deployment and management of the TeleResults environment, but will leverage its capabilities to support their day-to-day activities. This includes surgeons, physicians, transplant coordinators, financial coordinators, social workers, nutritionists, schedulers, and UNOS interface administrators.
