Our ongoing support helps us ensure that our existing customers experience high performance at all times, and derive continuous value from their TeleResults solutions. As part of our support service, we update your application as new versions become availble. Available services include:

Free support

To help facilitate smooth rollout, our support staff is available via a 1 (800) 909-9625 number or email for the first 60 days after deployment, at no additional charge.

Paid support

Our standard customer support plan includes fast, responsive phone support via a toll-free number or reporting problems via email. Staff is available to answer questions and address issues Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), from 7:30 am through 6:30 pm PST, and can be reached at 1 (800) 909-9625.

Standard yearly support contract

Full support, which includes routine maintenance, service, and application and database upgrades, is provided during regular business hours.

Premium support

This annual plan offers around-the-clock telephone support (24x7x365) at an additional charge.
